Top CIean Injection reaches a major milestone with the completion of its facilities’ expansion. This initiative shows our resolutely customer-oriented dynamic, with not only a significant increase in our operational capacities, but also investments that illustrate our mission : to design healthcare devices and packaging that enhance the experience of medical practitioners while guaranteeing the safety of their patients.
Top Clean Injection has acquired two additional 500m² ISO7 and ISO8 cleanrooms, while at the same time taking the opportunity to rework flows, storage and organization.
The initiative was driven by a desire to respond even more effectively to our customers' needs, and to accommodate larger-scale projects. Flows are now reorganized, optimizing the input and output of materials, components and products. Our machines have also been relocated and flows have been redesigned to ensure a fluid, optimized supply chain. New storage facilities have been installed inside the cleanrooms, enabling semi-finished products to remain in a controlled environment while optimizing floor space.
Finally, metrology operations are now carried out directly in a dedicated cleanroom, as close as possible to our production facilities, with the addition of state-of-the-art equipment.
To enable our customers to entrust us with their tooling in complete safety, we have set up a dedicated mold and tool storage area, equipped with firewalls. Over 100m² in size, this area can accommodate more than 300 production molds. Similarly, we have dedicated an area to mold cleaning and maintenance : operations previously carried out at another plan of the group.
A workshop has been entirely dedicated to tool maintenance. With a surface area of 80m², it was created to guarantee greater responsiveness and efficiency. Equipped with a 5-ton overhead crane, a cleaning fountain and air-cushioned tables, the workshop enables rapid, high-quality cleaning and repairs.
Social spaces have been completely redesigned to better meet the needs of our employees. We have provided new changing rooms, a rest area and new sanitary facilities to create a more comfortable working environment. What's more, a brand-new 60m² canteen has been designed to foster a warm atmosphere by bringing our staff together in the same living space.
Large automatic warehouses, known as Kardex, have been installed in the cleanroom, not only to reduce components’ flows into and out of the cleanroom, but also to optimize the available floor space. These warehouse, more than 5 meters high and located at the heart of the production area, contribute to better preserve clean chain throughout the product life cycle. A newly-created packaging room now enables the products to be conditioned for sale in a dedicated and controlled area.
Finally, a new 1400m² logistics area (replacing the previous 300m²) was built to increase our previous saturated storage capacity. This increased space has enabled us to increase the number of pallet spaces from 250 to 1300, while improving plant safety conditions.
New loading and unloading docks have been installed to improve the fluidity and safety of logistics operations. These modern infrastructures enable faster and safer handling operations for heavy vehicles, which were previously carried out on the ground.
The expansion of our production facilities has also been an opportunity to pursue the energy and ecological transition of our sites. Nearly 2,000m2 of photovoltaic panels have been installed on the factory roof, enabling us to consume on average 30% of the energy required for our activities since early 2024.
