Following a customer's request to develop an oxygenator kit, we have co-developed with our partner, a plate thermoforming machine adapted to ISO7 clean rooms to produce thermoformed parts up to 1200 mm in length, a first in Europe.
Thanks to its heating system using multiple halogens and its pyrometer sensors, we can very precisely control the thermoforming temperature at any point of the part, even for the most sophisticated designs.
With the ultra-clean know-how of our technicians, they have developed an ingenious cooling and air filtration system inside the machine that ensures the removal of even the finest particles.
